Mision:

The Fine Fragrance Marketing and Business Development Manager’s main objective is to develop and bring a step further the fine fragrance category; giving full support to the Fine Fragrance Global Business Unit; so that it can achieve its growth potential. The candidate is expected to proactively develop business development initiatives and share expertise on the Fine Fragrance industry; by following and thoroughly understanding the key brands’ marketing strategies across key fragrance markets; as well as understanding the latest trends and consumer insights. The candidate is also expected to bring valuable fragrance expertise to the clients’ brands and grow the Eurofragance business by identifying and promoting product and fragrance opportunities. Will manage regional (EAT region) and international projects collaborating with various key functions (sales, perfumers, evaluation) and actively participating in her/his assigned Fine Fragrance Global Business Unit Core Team and following up on the key activities’ execution.

Functions:

  • Monitor the category activities (market dynamics and analysis, trends, product activity) and understand the key clients’ brands.
  • Provide marketing expertise in coordination with the Evaluation team, build an olfactive vision, lead and anticipate the category drivers along with regional and global trends.
  • Build in-depth market and consumer understanding on fine fragrance niche and prestige markets and bring in new premium concept ideas matching consumer expectations.
  • In collaboration with Sales and Evaluation, to set appropriate olfactory direction to create or win briefs.
  • Produce thorough market and consumer analysis enhancing opportunities for external customers and building knowledge for Eurofragancers.
  • Create and deliver presentations and storytelling to key segments, clients, and markets, showcasing Eurofragance value proposition.
  • Liaise with the rest of the Global Marketing team, to ensure consolidation of marketing tools/deliverables and share best practices, expertise and know-how.
  • Collaborate with sales to build strong client relationships, understand clients’ strategies, priorities, and brands, to provide them with insightful fragrance solutions.
